The staff were really friendly and helpful, they helped us find the right couch for our space and the perfect mattress for both of our sleep comforts. Delivery was free and we got everything delivered to us really quickly. Even the delivery guys were really nice and helpful, there was a spot on the couch from the truck but they helped clean it and set it up so it looked perfect. We will definitely go back for any other furniture we need.

They were kind, patient, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. This is a huge upgrade for us and for such a reasonable price (we got a good sale!) at Furniture Concept compared to prices at other stores. We will absolutely be back to support them, and recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their furniture.

We met with Hoda the interior designer and owner(@h_interiordesignersbyhoda) at FURNITURE CONVVEPT . She was friendly and warm, and very knowledgeable with all the pieces we looked at.
We had a wonderful experience working with her. She was knowledgeable, personable and very helpful. We appreciated that she allowed us time by ourselves to work through the best options for our home and was quick to assist when we needed it. And we saved hundreds of dollars over another store on the identical items. We are grateful!

IT WAS LIKE SEEING IT IN PERSON.
THE EMPLOYEES THAT ASSISTED ME COULDN'T DO ENOUGH TO SHOW ME THIS AMAZING " MAKEUP TABLE. "
I ORDERED IT IMMEDIATELY.
I WAS GIVEN A GREAT PRICE AND WORKED WITH ME TO MAKE MY PAYMENTS WORK FOR ME. " FURNITURE CONCEPT " MADE IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO MAKE REASONABLE PAYMENTS WITHOUT BEING A " BURDEN " EACH MONTH.

First time in the store and I was there to help a friend pick out blinds for her new home. Ended up loving a beautiful dining room table set! It’s still perfect 😎. I also purchased a long, upholstered bench that has been wonderful and different for my Island. Lots of compliments on both pieces. The delivery and set up was seamless and easy. Delivery personnel were gentlemen and professional. The staff knew their products and were very friendly and accommodating.

Herman, our sales lady, was very good. She wasn't pressuring & was very informed on her merchandise. She truly seemed to want to sincerely help us and not just want the sale. I am so in love with this couch and chair. The colour and fabric are perfect. Very comfortable and easy to care for. Ordered on line so wasn’t sure what to expect. Need not have worried as it is everything I hoped for and more. Delivery guys were friendly and capable. Great job !

We had the most wonderful experience at Furniture Concept. The owner and his wife both went above and beyond to make our experience 5++ stars! They were kind, patient, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. And to top it all off, we came home with a beautiful dining set which consists of 4 chairs and a bench (one chair and bench not pictured). This is a huge upgrade for us and for such a reasonable price (we got a good sale!) at Furniture Concept compared to prices at other stores. We will absolutely be back to support them, and recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their furniture.
