Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

1. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
2. Products must be in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
3. Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

1. Custom-made or special-order furniture.
2. Clearance, "as-is," or final sale items.
3. Mattresses or bedding accessories that have been opened or used, due to hygiene reasons.
